Freelance Communications Project Lead

March - May 2024

I was the communications lead on the anniversary campaign to mark one year since the National gambling support network (NGSN). This involved working with the internal communications team, external stakeholders GambleAware and an external agency Markettiers. This role also involved working and organising in=media interviews for people with lived experiences with gambling harms. 

 

RESULTS ↓ 

  • Achieved 50% increase from the original media KPIs.

  • Secured media coverage in all 10 major gambling trade publications. 

  • Secured 24 items of coverage across TV and radio with an overall reach of 6.6 million, including ITV Nottingham, BBC Bristol, Capital FM,
